Loveland Liberty

  • Grimm Brothers Brewhouse 815 14th Street Southwest, BLDG B100 Loveland, CO, 80537 United States (map)

For the 12th year, the Loveland Liberty 5K, hosted by Sweetheart City Racing, will take place on July 4 at Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. The event begins at 8:00 a.m. and welcomes both runners and walkers.

We are proud to support Health4Heroes. Please visit their links below and be sure to stop by their booth on race day.

The race will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, as space is limited, and to help ensure an on-time start.

The Elite wave will begin at 8:00 a.m. If you can run a 5K in under 24 minutes for men or under 26 minutes for women, be sure to sign up for the Elite division.

Also returning this year is the Kids Race. Children from toddlers through elementary age will have the chance to run approximately 100 yards and cross the finish line. More details will be coming soon.

Be sure to check out our Race First Stop, where you’ll find frequently asked questions and important race-day information.

Race First Stop (FAQ)

Is parking available?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available on the north side of the building at Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. Portions of the south lot (near the main entrance) will be blocked off for the race. Please follow posted signage and volunteer directions to designated parking areas.

Am I guaranteed a shirt?
To guarantee your race shirt, you must register by June 18th. We do order extras, and available inventory will be shown during registration. If shirts run out, we’ll have other great swag options available.

Is there race day registration?
Yes! All registration is online, including race day. If you’d like to pay with cash or check, please see a volunteer for assistance.
Please note: Race day pricing will be higher—visit the registration page for current pricing.

Will the race be canceled due to weather?
No—we race rain or shine!
In the rare case of lightning, the event may be delayed for safety, but the likelihood is very low.
