Choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 training runs! You can come and run the course for Run the Ranch. You can run the 10K loop or the 5K loop! Each training run starts at 8am and ends at noon. You will need to bring your own food and water. There will be a sign-in AND a sign-out sheet. It is crucial that you do both. These are the only opportunities to get on these trails unless you are staying in the lodging at the Ranch. This is the perfect way to preview the courses. Cassie will be greeting everyone and going over course information. An email will be going out to those registered the night before each training run, around 6-7pm. These will be coming from RunSignUp, so be on the lookout. You are responsible for your own gear, including water and nutrition. Prepare for all types of terrain (dry trails/wet trails/snow/creek crossings/etc).
